Each pickguard is crafted as a direct replacement for the original Fender® P-Bass pickguard. In most cases, installation requires no extra drilling or modification. However, as machining tolerances can vary between instruments, a small adjustment (such as re-drilling a screw hole) may occasionally be needed.
