For stocked items you can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, provided it’s unused and in its original condition and packaging.

All of our pickguards are crafted to your specific design and are therefore non-refundable unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect. However, we’ll always do our best to help if something’s not quite right – whether that means offering advice, adjustments, or a discount on a re-order.
